This article describes how to connect the thermostat to the Amazon Echo 4 via Matter over thread.
NOTE: Follow the manual to install the thermostat before setting it up.
- Open the Alexa app on your smartphone/tablet
- Press + on the start page (top right corner)
- Tap on Device Scroll down and tap on Other
- Tap on Matter
- Confirm the question "Does device have a Matter logo" with Yes
- Confirm the question "Is your device switched on" with Yes
- Scan the QR code from the device or from these instructions.
- Turn the thermostat to "OF" and press the button for 3 seconds until the radio symbol flashes on the display.
- Your appliance will now be searched for and set up, this can take up to a minute.
- When the appliance has been found, confirm with Next
- Select the room.
- Confirm with Done
