This solution describes how to install the APP for POPP HOME on your Android smartphone.


System requirements:  Android 4.0 or higher


By QR Code




Via the Google Play Store:


  1. Open the Play Store
  2. Search for the POPP HOME app
  3. Press Install.
  4. The app will be downloaded and installed and can be used immediately.


Manual installation of the app


!Attention! This can vary in the individual Android versions and smartphones.

  1. Download APK fileto your smartphone
  2. Locate the APK file in your download folder.
  3. Launch the APK file
  4. You will be prompted to enable permission for apps from unknown sources.
    • If you are not prompted and it does not install. So you have to grant the permission manually.
      • For Android 10, proceed as follows:
        1. Open the settings
        2. Select Apps & Notifications
        3. Select your app, which should get the permission
        4. Press Advanced
        5. Scroll down to Install from unknown source
        6. Select Trust source
        7. Close the menu again
      • For Android 6, proceed as follows: 
        1. Open the setting
        2. Select Security
        3. Enable unknown source
        4. Close the menu again
  5. After you grant the permission, click Install.
