For the Homecenter 3 / 3 Lite with Z-Wave Engine V3.0, parameter templates are needed for some devices because they are not provided by Fibaro.
The following description explains how to upload these parameter templates.
- Add your device to the HC3 according to instructions
- Go to Settings -> Devices
- Select your device and click on it
- Switch to Parameters
- Download the template you want and save it to your PC
- Press Upload Template in the HC3 interface
- Select the previously downloaded file and press open
- If the parameters have been listed, you must now query them individually via Read from unit function.
- You can then change them as desired
Note that battery-powered devices must always be woken up.
